About 6 hours into a road trip in Southeastern Ukraine, my party stopped at one of the many dusty, roadside fish stands close to the Black Sea. The sign advertises "Coffee, Tea, Fish, and Cold Drinks". We indulged in a hot coffee and threw a large sturgeon in the trunk for dinner.
